Solution to the dropping of nozzle of JUKI mounter ke-2050

Juki KE-2050 nozzle is not directly connected to the placement machine, there is actually another part connected between them-nozzle holder. We installed the nozzle of the Juki placement machine KE-2050 on the nozzle holder, and then installed the nozzle holder on the placement machine. This will cause a problem that the nozzle is easily separated from the nozzle holder while playing.
The reasons for the above problems may be as follows, we analyze them one by one:
1. The Juki KE-2050 nozzle holder with the nozzle is worn out during use and the size becomes smaller, which does not match the nozzle holder. At this time, replace the new nozzle holder. Of course, this is only a temporary solution to the problem, and the situation needs further analysis.
2. It is not the problem of the entire nozzle holder, but the inner gasket is worn or dropped in production, and it is sufficient to replace or reinstall a gasket.
3. The cause of the brake pads, there should be a phenomenon of jitter in the process of taking the material from the KE-2050 nozzle of the Juki chip mounter to the placing process.
4. The spring blade is deformed. If this is the reason, we need to replace the new KE-2050 nozzle of the Juki chip mounter.
